I noticed that an extra cable and a seat strap are missing from my package. Why is that?

thank you for contacting us,please note that it has been upgraded to an unlock lever as part of our annual product improvement. This new design is intended to be more convenient and functional when folding the rollator. To fold the unit, simply press the levers located beneath both sides of the seat. Therefore, the latest models do not include a seat strap and extra cable, and no installation is required.
