Please note that our rollator has been upgraded with unlock levers as part of our annual product improvement.

This new design is intended to make folding the rollator easier and more convenient.

To fold the unit, simply press the levers located beneath both sides of the seat.

Because of this upgraded design, the latest models do not include a seat strap, and no extra installation is required.

I noticed that an extra cable and a seat strap are missing from my package. Why is that?
