My $15 discount disappeared from my order. What should I do?

The $15 first-order discount only applies to eligible first purchases over $159.

If your eligible order is over $159 but the discount did not apply at checkout, please follow these steps:

1. Place Your Order at Full Price

Complete your purchase at the full price first.

2. Contact Rolloy Customer Service

After placing the order, contact our customer service team and provide your order ID.

3. Request Manual Discount Application

If your order is eligible, our team can manually refund the $15 discount to your original payment method.

Important:

- The order total must be over $159 to qualify.

- Promo codes do not apply to used or open-box items.
