How can I pull the rollator when it is folded?

When the rollator is folded, the rear wheels do not roll because the brake seems to be on. Is there a way to make it roll so I can move it to the car?

Yes. The rear wheels can roll when the rollator is folded.

Please make sure the brake handles are in the released position. Then gently pull the brake cable backward to create enough space between the brake pad and the rear wheel.

This will help the rear wheels roll more smoothly while the rollator is folded.

Please make sure the brake handles are pulled up / released, not pushed down in the locked position.
